Berkeley Distressed Calico Oak engineered wood flooring comes complete with a traditional tongue and groove locking system and can be used with underfloor heating when fully bonded to your sub-floor - making your natural oak that touch warmer on those cold winter mornings
This flooring is 15mm thick with a 4mm wear layer and boasts a 25-year guarantee for that extra peace of mind.
