Returns & Cancellation Policy
Our returns and cancellation policy
You can cancel your order up to 14 days of the day of delivery for a full refund minus any delivery charges.
You have 14 days from the day you notify us to return these items back to us, we must receive them no later than the 14th day.
Please email Returns@flooringvillage.co.uk who will advise you on how to return your items.
Your items must be "as new" condition, this means the boxes/products are not opened, not damaged and in the same packaging. Please make sure they are well packaged when you return them. Unfortunately any items received that are damaged or not packaged correctly will not be accepted back into stock.
If you would like to return part of your order within the 14 days you will need to email Returns@flooringvillage.co.uk - This will incur a 25% restocking charge.

Refunds can take up to 10 working days to process, We will notify you when you refund has been issued; it may take 2 - 5 working days from this point depending on your processing bank.
