Malmo™ offers a stylish, high performance flooring material in five tile designs in a matt finish that’s high performance and easy maintenance. Malmo™ can be specified with confidence for kitchens, bathrooms, offices, restaurants, hotels, retail outlets and a wide variety of other commercial and domestic applications due in part to its R10 slip resistance rating. This 2.5mm option features a 0.55mm wear layer, resulting in a heavy commercial classification of 33. Malmo™ is hard-wearing and durable with the embossed surface offering the same beauty of traditional tiles. It is resistant to indentations, will not chip or crack and is easy to install. Malmo™ comes with a warranty of up to 25 years for residential applications and ten years for commercial applications.

| Returns | Don't worry, We've got you covered. If you change your mind or need to return your full order, you have 14 days from delivery to do so, just let us know. You'll receive a full refund or exchange, and of course, if you have any left overs we'll be happy to take it back, there will be a small restocking fee of 25%, all returns must be made no later than 14 days from the date of delivery. There maybe be limitations on special order items that have been cut to size or ordered as a special, i.e. skirting boards.
