Malmo's Kuvio Grey MA77 Luxury Vinyl Tile Flooring can be used with confidence in kitchens, bathrooms, offices, restaurants, hotels, retail outlets and a wide variety of other commercial and domestic area due in part to its R9 slip resistance rating. This 2.5mm floor features a 0.55mm wear layer.
Malmo luxury vinyl tiles are hard-wearing and durable whilst offering the same beauty of traditional tiles. It is resists indentations, will not chip or crack and is easy to install. Malmo comes with a warranty of up to 25 years for residential properties and 10 years in commercial properties.
