The Excellence Plus Underlay by Berry Alloc has excellent sound reduction properties, reducing impact sound by 21 decibels. It has an integrated moisture barrier, meaning that it is perfect for use on both wooden and concrete subfloors. This underlay is recommended for the use with Berry Alloc Chateau Parquet Flooring.

| Returns | Don't worry, We've got you covered. If you change your mind or need to return your full order, you have 14 days from delivery to do so, just let us know. You'll receive a full refund or exchange, and of course, if you have any left overs we'll be happy to take it back, there will be a small restocking fee of 25%, all returns must be made no later than 14 days from the date of delivery. There maybe be limitations on special order items that have been cut to size or ordered as a special, i.e. skirting boards.
